ARPA Victoria Award Winner!

IPAR consultant Thi Tran was named the winner of the Best New Starter – New Employer Services category at the ARPA Victoria Excellence in Workplace Rehabilitation Awards 2014 on Friday night.

Thi was one of three finalists in the category, which IPAR has now won three out of the last four years (2011, 2012 and 2014).

Upon commencing with IPAR, Thi was given a particularly challenging portfolio with the majority of her job seeking clients experiencing multiple barriers to return to work. Despite being new to the industry, Thi utilised her risk management training, her strong problem-solving skills and consulted with her Psychologist-peers, to expertly handle situations and result in clients receiving timely and appropriate support and treatment.

Thi’s ability to assess an individual’s level of health literacy, language skills, and education during their initial meetings enables her to tailor her approach appropriately, and quickly build rapport and generate trust. Her influencing skills are superior, motivating clients to return to work and gaining treater support for employment goals.

Congratulations to Thi on this well deserved award and to all IPAR finalists on the night.

IPAR a finalist in the 2014 BRW / GE Capital Momentum Mid-Market Awards

IPAR was yesterday named as a finalist in the BRW GE Capital Momentum Awards 2014, in the best Mid-Market Business category.

The BRW GE Capital Momentum Awards are Australia’s only awards for top Mid-Market companies, recognising high performance in revenue, profit and employee growth, as well as demonstrated innovation and industry leadership.

As stated in the BRW announcement “finalists in this year’s $10 million-$50 million revenue category are as varied as they are remarkable. They display a tenacity and determination to lead their respective category.”

“On the face of it, our four finalists this year – forex broker Pepperstone, workplace rehabilitation services provider IPAR, online wine merchant Vinomofo and schnitzel franchise Schnitz – have little in common… Yet they are all typical of mid-market players. They take full advantage of new opportunities for growth and punch well above their weight – key traits of this sector.”

Winners will be announced August 28, 2014 at the event to be held at the MCA in Sydney.

IPAR listed in 2013 BRW Fast 100

We are delighted to announce that IPAR has been listed in the 2013 BRW Fast 100, coming in at position 40. This is the third consecutive year that our business has made the annual list and is our highest ranking yet (following number 51 in 2011 and number 60 in 2012).

This result is made even more impressive due to the fact that only a small number of businesses have been able to make the list for three consecutive years, as it becomes harder to continue rapid growth the larger a business becomes.

David Sagar, IPAR Managing Director, believes the result is a testimony to the hard work and dedication of the IPAR team. “I really want to thank our staff for the amazing contribution they have made toward making this possible and helping to continue the ongoing success and growth of our business.”

We are delighted to announce that for the second year running IPAR has been listed in the Business Review Weekly (BRW) Fast 100 List. The BRW Fast 100 ranks Australia’s fastest growing companies, based on their average growth rate over the previous three years.

In the 2012 list announcement, IPAR has come in at position 60, with the same average growth rate that saw us listed in the 2011 Fast 100. In order to qualify for the list this year, the minimum average growth rate was 39%, the highest it has ever been.

“This achievement is a direct result of the hard work and dedication shown by our staff,” says IPAR Managing Director, David Sagar.

“I am immensely proud that we continue to deliver the very best outcomes for our customers, which sees them continue to use our services again and again.”

IPAR’s ‘Perfect Score’ in Worksafe Star Ratings

In the June 2012 Worksafe Star Ratings release IPAR achieved a ‘perfect score’ of 6 STARS – the highest score possible.

The 6 Stars are made up of a 3 Star Rating for both OES (same employer RTW) and a 3 Star Rating for NES (new employer RTW).

IPAR Managing Director, David Sagar, says:

“We couldn’t be more delighted with these results. To be one of only 2 out of 32 providers to achieve 3 stars for OES and one of only 4 out of 24 to achieve 3 stars for NES is truly a testament to the passion with which our people approach their work and their devotion to achieving RTW outcomes.”

“To think also that when our case volume is excluded, the schemes RTW rates reduces makes our out-performance compared to the scheme average all the more credible.”

IPAR Awarded Top Marks for Same Employer RTW by Worksafe

IPAR are delighted to announce that in the most recent release of OR provider Star Rating results, IPAR has earned a 3 Star Rating (the highest possible) for same employer services. We are one of only 3, 3 Star providers (out of 33) in Victoria. To the best of our knowledge this is the only independent measure of RTW performance in Australia.

IPAR’s Managing Director, David Sagar, emphasises that the most pleasing aspect of being recognised in this way is that “it is an acknowledgement of the hard work done by all our team, in their relentless focus on achieveing RTW outcomes for our customers. Durable and safe RTW is in everyone’s best interests. In particular the evidence is now so strong that RTW is in the best interests of injured workers and significantly, positively impacts not only upon recovery from their injury but their general health .”
