Ben O’Neill

Ben O’Neill

General Manager

As General Manager, Ben leads our team to deliver strategic business objectives and oversees service delivery across all branches, states and jurisdictions. An Exercise Physiologist who started his career at IPAR in 2006, Ben’s career journey has encompassed Return to Work Same Employer Services, progressing to branch, regional and state management, before becoming General Manager of Operations in 2015. Ben stepped into the role of General Manager as David Sagar became the CEO of the Work Health Group. You’ll find Ben in our Melbourne office.

Jo Broomhall

Jo Broomhall

National Manager Customer Experience

Jo’s an Occupational Therapist who joined IPAR in 2017 after 12 years in workers compensation and occupational rehabilitation in Australia and New Zealand. Her most recent roles were managing national workers compensation accounts in Sydney and overseeing large client relationship teams. With IPAR, Jo is responsible for the performance of our national account and business development teams, ensuring an exceptional customer experience each and every time. She is based in our Gold Coast office.

Organisational Excellence Manager

Emily is a Physiotherapist who practiced in oncology and inpatient rehabilitation before moving into occupational rehabilitation as a Team Leader in the Original Employer Service stream in 2009. She stepped into the Regional Manager role across Victoria and Tasmania in 2013, then moved into IPAR’s Organisational Excellence team in 2016 to focus on optimising performance and streamlining processes. Emily has also taken the lead as Cogent Thinking General Manager during 2017 and 2018 (our employer direct services division).

Sarah Gomizel

State Manager – Victoria

Sarah joined IPAR in 2009 as a Registered Psychologist, delivering Return to Work New Employer Services (NES), before moving into the Melbourne Branch Manager role. In 2012, Sarah became Victorian NES Manager, overseeing service delivery, quality and performance for this division across the state. Then, in 2014, Sarah became Victorian State Manager, responsible for the performance of the business across multiple service streams including workers compensation, Comcare, TAC and life insurance.

Tony Cacciola

Tony Cacciola

State Manager – Queensland

Tony is a senior leader with 25 years’ experience working across the rehabilitation, injury prevention, injury management, return to work and employment services industries. With a Masters of Business Administration, Tony joined IPAR in 2016 as Queensland State Manager, after a number of years with a global advisory firm. He is responsible for the service delivery, quality and financial performance of all branches across the sunshine state.

Suzanne Gibson

State Manager – NSW

Suzanne has been with IPAR since 2006, commencing in vocational services before progressing to Sydney Regional Manager in 2010. In her current role, she is responsible for the performance of IPAR’s branch network across New South Wales and the ACT, ensuring the ongoing success and growth of the business by overseeing the performance of all branches. Suz is currently completing a Masters of Psychology and was co-recipient of the ARPA NSW award for exceptional leadership in 2017.

Kate Johnson

Regional Manager – SA, WA, NT, Tas

Kate started her career as an Occupational Therapist working in consulting roles within workplace rehabilitation. Over the past 15 years, she has gained experience working across various state legislations, Comcare and government organisations. Joining IPAR in 2013 in her Regional Manager position, she is responsible for the performance of IPAR’s branches across South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania. Kate has a Masters of Business and is based in our Adelaide office.

Melissa Wilson

Melissa Wilson

People and Potential Manager

Melissa is IPAR‘s People & Potential Manager. She joined IPAR in January 2016 after more than 15 years in generalist HR and recruitment roles in Australia and the UK. She is responsible for delivering IPAR’s people strategy, runs our people programs and drives leadership capability and professional development programs. Melissa oversees recruitment and safety nationally.
