“I started working with IPAR as a graduate in 2010 and fell in love with the diversity of the role, being able to work in the community with clients helping them to achieve their independence and goals in both wellbeing and work. I quickly developed an interest in mental health, and ended up specialising in psychological claims management. Soon after I progressed to a Senior Consultant and then a Team Leader. I was then given the opportunity to open IPAR’s Tasmanian offices and have been an Area Manager ever since. Today my primary role is training and developing our consultants to promote exceptional rehabilitation outcomes for our clients.”
