Roles of variety, interest and challenge
The important role of our Psychologists involves:
- Working with people who’ve sustained a psychological injury
- Driving recovery and a return to work, life and wellbeing
- Supporting a diverse client base including people injured in vehicle accidents
- Managing a caseload of clients
- Completing assessments including initial needs assessments, vocational assessments and psychological functional assessments (registered Psychologists)
- Providing SIRA Treatment Services (for registered Psychologists in New South Wales)
- Promoting psychosocial health and injury management
- Developing and delivering healthy mind training in workplaces
- Assisting in the provision of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services
- Empowering clients to achieve a positive mindset
- Working autonomously with the support of a strong team
- Providing internship support for Provisionally registered Psychologists
- Providing peer supervision for registered Psychologists
- Building strong relationships with our customers
